Follow the workflow from assets and video analysis to AI and avatars, publishing, and engagement. Publishing runs on desktop; comments require valid VIP membership and the corresponding Windows release. The web app supports analysis and creation, with guidance for local publishing and engagement.
A four-step content workflow
- Asset collection & video analysisOrganize platform assets and extract scripts in Asset collection, then choose the results you need in Video analysis. Web and App offer dialogue, an overall prompt, and key shot references. Desktop adds detailed shots, expressions, actions, and editable prompts. Official mode needs no personal key.
- AI & talking avatar creationGenerate videos, images, and scripts in AI creation, or combine an avatar, script, and voice in Talking avatars. Review the price before generating.
- Multi-platform publishingUse desktop to manage publishing accounts, organize content, and review tasks. The website provides instructions and app guidance; it cannot remotely execute local tasks.
- Engagement workspaceThe Windows comment release provides accounts, per-account AI drafts, comments, tasks, and logs. Likes, favorites, and follows are pending. Use a Windows release with the comment workspace; see Versions & platform support。
Screenshots were updated to the interface of 2026-09-27. Hover over left navigation items for sub-tools, or expand submenus on mobile. Screenshots show Chinese interfaces with demo account and quota values; refer to the live page for actual values.

Publishing & engagement entry points
Valid VIP membership is required. Each platform includes one account slot; each ¥10 purchase adds one permanent slot to every platform, with repeat purchases supported. For bulk accounts, contact support on WhatsApp using the QR code below.

Video to text
Choose Paste links to detect supported platforms automatically and extract video speech into copyable text, including batches.
Transcription
Upload a local video to transcribe speech, or switch to links. Valid membership is required; check quotas and fees first.
AI creation
Open Workspace → AI creation on the web to generate videos from a sentence, animate images, create images, or edit them.
Titles & topics
Open the AI creation submenu to prepare titles and topic suggestions from your subject.
Product photo processingNew
Ten operations including watermark removal, white backgrounds, outpainting, and upscaling, plus AI product copy. ¥0.20 per operation.
Talking avatars
Enter a script and optionally choose a reference voice, avatar, and aspect ratio. Watch existing examples in the right panel first.
Video upscaling
Choose a source video, confirm the price, and enhance it with AI super-resolution. Preview and download when ready.

What can xiats do?
xiats combines assets and video analysis, AI and talking avatars, multi-platform publishing, and engagement. Analysis and creation work on the web; publishing runs on desktop. Comments require valid VIP membership and the corresponding Windows release. The web cannot remotely execute local actions; macOS and Android do not currently support engagement.
Is AI creation on the web or desktop?
On the web, open Workspace → AI creation for video and image generation, image editing, video extension, titles and topics, and upscaling. Video analysis and Talking avatars have separate entries; voices are under Talking avatars. Platform billing charges your wallet after displaying the price and refunds failures. Windows and Mac additionally support BYOK and long batch tasks with the same account and membership.
What can product photo processing do, and what does it cost?
Upload a photo for ten operations: watermark removal, instruction-based edits, inpainting, global/local styling, outpainting, upscaling, colorization, sketch-to-image, and cartoon character generation. AI can also write product descriptions and selling points. Each operation produces one image for ¥0.20, with automatic refunds on failure. See Product photo guide。
Is there a Mac app?
Yes, for Apple M-series chips. For downloads and first-launch instructions, see the Desktop app guide。
How do I choose between BYOK and platform mode?
BYOK uses your model key to connect directly to the cloud and bills your cloud account. Platform mode uses official keys, shows prices first, charges your wallet, and refunds failed tasks. Choose platform mode for convenience or BYOK for control over your existing key and costs.
How does billing work? Is there a free allowance?
Web transcription from uploads or links requires valid membership; check the tool page for quotas and fees. BYOK AI and avatar generation bills your cloud account without platform charges; platform mode charges your wallet by the price list. Monthly/annual membership and AI usage charges are independent. Are failed generation tasks charged?
In platform mode, reserved fees for failed tasks return to your wallet automatically. See Account → Balance & billing for transaction details.
Are my model keys secure?
BYOK keys are encrypted locally using a non-exportable key, used only for calls, and never uploaded to our server. Official platform keys remain on the server and are unavailable to clients.
